We ship all art decor orders exclusively to addresses within the United States, including the contiguous US states. At this time, we do not ship internationally or to PO boxes that cannot accept standard parcel delivery.

Order Processing Time

Once your order is submitted and payment confirmed, our team will require 1 to 4 business days to prepare, inspect and package your artwork or decor item before it is handed over to our shipping carrier. Processing time does not include weekends or US national holidays.

Delivery Timeline

After handing your package to the carrier, standard shipping typically takes 3–6 business days for delivery, depending on your location within the US. Remote areas may see slightly longer transit times. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your package ships, so you can follow its journey online.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated during checkout, based on the size, weight of your art decor piece and your delivery zip code. We occasionally offer free standard shipping promotions for orders that meet a minimum purchase threshold as advertised on our homepage.

Delivery Issues

If your tracking shows a delivered status but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then reach out to [email protected] within 5 business days of the marked delivery date so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
